Description

Proheat STC Model PH-1610

  • World’s first heat gun to sense, display and control work surface temperatures.
  • Ideal for controlling post heat process
  • Built-in, electronically integrated, infrared sensor eliminates over or under heating.
  • Temperatures adjust in 10⁰ increments and are displayed in Fahrenheit or Celsius
  • Lock-in programmed settings with unique ProLoc™ Magnetic Locking Key
  • Provides accurate surface temperature control even with variations in distance from the work surface.
  • Heats up fast, for target work surface temperatures of 90⁰ F to 500⁰ F (40⁰ C to 270⁰ C), allowing you to work in the upper limits of the cure zone. This speeds up the heating process and eliminates over or under heating.
  • Once your target surface temperature is reached, the Proheat STC will automatically maintain it regardless of variations in distance from the work surface.
  • Dial-in temperatures in 10° increments from 170°F to 1,000°F (80°C to 540°C). Dial-in airflow from 4 to 16 CFM (113 to 453 l/m), visually displayed on the left side of the LCD in ten bar increments.
  • Compact, light weight, ergonomic design, with high power and airflow ratings
  • Unique Dual Laser Targeting System™ provides proper field of view
  • LED Indicator light displays one of three different colors showing your progress
  • PH-1610K Kit includes heat gun, magnetic key and heavy-duty, aluminum storage/carrying case
  • For use with 3M’s TSA-4 Two Handed Textured Surface Applicator, use Magnetic Locking Key to switch to Standard Heat Gun Mode to sense and control nozzle temperatures from 170⁰ F to 1,000⁰ F (80⁰ C to 540⁰ C).
