Inkpress Cool Tone 200 is a 100% cotton rag, acid free, double-sided archival media for fine art professional photographic digital printing. The especially bright white coating provides excellent color and B&W reproduction. Additionally, a feature of this specially formulated coating is its light and water resistant properties, which help to ensure its archival qualities allowing you to enhance, spot, retouch, or airbrush your work.
Inkpress Rag is manufactured at Monadnock Paper Mill- the most experienced paper mill in the country- they has been manufacturing paper since 1819. If you are using a Canon printer you will NOT need ICCs from Inkpress. Use the default/preset ICCs and drivers that come bundled with your Canon Pixma printer. Canon has done a phenomenal job in ensuring their printers output high quality calibrated images, even for third party paper manufacturers.
USE THE CANON FACTORY ICC (defaults/presets) & PAPER/MEDIA SETTING THAT MOST CLOSELY MATCH THE FINISH (SURFACE) OF THE PAPER YOU ARE USING.
The paper (media) setting for RAG COOLTONE 200 is: MATTE PHOTO PAPER (II): (using Canon MP ICCs).
